As an FYI, anyone who has placed SOAR badges that haven’t been sent to production will be reimbursed. We will see what can be done about badges in production and will inform those affected as soon as we can.
With the cancellation of events, we will be doing what we can to help. Those who have reached out with inquiries for future events will also be hearing from us to see how they would like to proceed. Our inbox is flooded and with Kim still recovering from her broken arm, she’s doing the best she can. Mark is assisting as he can with his work schedule.
