FAQ for Custom Work

What's the process?

It'll take at the most 2 business days for us to reply. Depending on the requirements, we will start off by providing a rough quote.
If artwork needs to be completed, then nothing is set in stone. From there, it's have artwork approved, collect payment, go into production,
deliver the product.

How long does it take?

For crests:

  • Embroidered - 10 business days from the time of art approval
  • Woven - 15-18 business days from the time of art approval.
  • Silk Screened - 15-18 business days from the time of art approval

If changes are made with the sample, then the project will be delayed.

Mugs: 10 business days from art approval

Apparel: 10-15 business days from art approval

If you are in a rush, please include that in your message. We can try, but do not promise being able to have it ready in time.

Is there a limit to colours?
  • Badges - 12 Colours. Doesn't affect the price.
  • Mugs - yes/no. If you are engraving, then yes there is a colour limit to what the mug is.
    If you are sublimination printing, then there's no limit.
  • Apparel - yes/no. If you're going for full colour prints, then there's no limit as they are printed on special material and then heat pressed. If you're wanting to silk screen, just know the more colours you use the more you'll have to pay. Feel free to ask us for more details.
