For the first trip to Camp Barnard in Victoria, 23rd Elsie Roy decided on a theme of Back to Basics – mostly because they went as light weight as possible for the program to minimise the gear they needed to bring over. Relying on Scoutcraft and the activities available on site, this crest was designed with this in mind.
